TK - 8 Substitute Teaching Position

Bookkeeper

St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School is looking for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining finances and financial business processes. This includes processing weekly offerings, other income, tuition posting, and payment processing. Duties include purchasing, filing, check runs, credit card reconciliation, journal entries, monthly account reconciliations, and budget tracking. This is a full time, 12-month position.

This position requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as an accounting/finance person in a church or business environment. Non-Profit Accounting experience preferred. Possession of a BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. (Extensive experience in accounting/finance, in some cases, can be substituted.) The successful individual will also possess a working knowledge of QuickBooks (or other similar software applications) and be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and also have experience with Payroll processing systems, preferably Paycom.

ECDC Substitute Teacher

The ECDC is looking for Preschool Substitutes.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 12 Early Childhood Development College Units

-CPR / First-Aid Certification

-Updated shot record (MMR, DTP, & TB) and Health Screening upon hire
-Live Scan and DOJ fingerprint clearance upon hire
